History

I chose to work in nutrition as a health coach and help people because I know what it's like to struggle with health issues. Ten plus years ago I suffered from chronic yeast infections and was caught in a cycle of taking medicines and the infection coming right back. I came to realize that I was consuming too much sugar which feeds yeast. With help and encouragement I changed my diet and my health improved dramatically! I've been healthy ever since.
