Nassau County Sheriffs Office

The Nassau County Sheriff's Office conducts a variety of programs, including school safety hotlines, property check, crime preventionand the Drug Abuse Resistance Education program. Its school safety hotlines program is designed for school children who are in need of help and those who have met with an accident. Located in Yulee, Fla., the government office also conducts the Drug Abuse Resistance Education program to teach children about the dangers of drugs and violence. Additionally, the Nassau County Sheriff's Office educates residents about various safety measures, such as bicycle, boating and child safety procedures; safety against business burglary and identity theft; prevention of cases of sexual assault; and home security methods.
