Family is important to us at Naples Progressive Gymnastics. Our main emphasis is developing socialization and motor skills through a fun and safe environment. Our goal is safe fun for everyone! Our students receive instruction through innovative teaching methods in addition to utilizing state of the art equipment. We believe that gymnastics provides the basics necessary for all sports through enhancement of body awareness, strength, flexibility, agility, muscle endurance, speed, sense of rhythm, posture and coordination. Also developed through the sport are self-esteem, courage, determination, perseverance, self-respect, and most important, confidence in oneself. Naples Progressive Gymnastics has been in Southwest Florida since 1984 and is family owned & operated. NPG offers toddler gymnastics, pre-school gymnastics, and both gymnastics & Tramp and Tumbling classes for school age. NPG has both girls and boys competitive gymnastics teams as well as a co-ed tramp and tumbling team. Our gymnastics teams compete both in AAU & USA Gymnastics leagues and our tramp and tumbling team compete in USA Gymnastics T&T competitions. NPG has the largest gymnastics facility in Southwest Florida.
