it's now March 10th and still no refund! called Nancy Wolfe office NO ANSWER EVER! I will be reporting this office to the better business bureau! THEY ARE TRASH!

Definitely would NOT recommend this agent. Horrible customer service and VERY DISHONEST! Do yourself a favor and avoid the problems here because they Lack Integrity!

Stay away from this office, safe to drive a couple of miles to a different office if State Farm is your choice.
