Came in for a random wax .... very slow not good with customer service ... lady shut the door and all air flow off and the smell is very bad in here ... no concern about the health of others ....

Horrible service. My sister had her nails done at Jazz nails and 4 hrs later she put closed shoes and nails totally ruined. We went back to get them fix bc the sign said open at 930. More like...

Bad service not enough help on hand. They expected me to wait for an hour for just a full set of nails.
