They hardly answer the telephones. It's horrible service. If you get lucky and they answer the phone it's usually a very helpful person. Buy you have to be lucky.

I have been a member for years. And for them to charge me $175 in overdraft fees when the money was sitting in the ATM. This is totally unacceptable. All other ATM you're able to use the funds...
