Moonrise Resort

Moonrise Resort sits on 9,000 acres of the shoreline of Lake Tsala Apopka. Travel back to the "Old Florida" with breath taking views. It is very quiet and peaceful. Five cabins are within 50' of the waters edge, with the last cabin only 200' from the lake. Each cabin is like a small house. They each have a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and screened in porch. They also have a patio with a picnic table and BBQ grill. Every cabin is fully equipped with all of the amenities of home. A boat launch and fishing docks are also available. We are a pet friendly establishment for an additional fee. There is a community fire pit, with plenty of firewood for campfires. Complementary canoe and row boats are available for guests use. Pontoon boats are available for an additional fee. The outstanding 46 mile Withlacoochee State Trail is located across from our entrance. This is a prefect getaway for families, couples, and guys and girls getaways. Many great restaurants are within 1-3 miles.
