Located in the Terrace Park neighborhood of Temple Terrace, one block south of USF, this complex was built in 1971. New ownership/ management since 2020 are currently engaged in a thorough top-to-bottom renovation of the entire complex. Every remodeled apartment has new kitchen cabinets, granite counters, bathroom, floors, HVAC, appliances. We strive to build a nice, quiet, comfortable, and affordable place to live in Tampa Florida.

I moved here a little over a month ago. The drug trafficking and a tenet gets stabbed by another person that do not live here. it's located in a good neighborhood howerever this apartment...

I lived in that apt for approx 3 years I can't find one good thing to say in fact 1 star is too much of a rating for this apt.It is loud ppl in hallways day and night roaches bed bugs police on...
