Moises Haratz, MD

Dr. Deborah Longwill is a Board Certified Dermatologist who has served the South Florida community for over 30 years. Born in Los Angeles, Dr. Longwill grew up in Wilmington, Delaware. Dr. Longwill graduated from George Washington University in Washington D.C. with her Bachelor of Arts before obtaining her Medical Degree from Southeastern University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine. She achieved her board certification in 1992, bringing her patient's expertise and the latest treatments. Dr. Longwill chooses to focus on her patients as a whole, promoting the condition's overall wellness, taking into account their needs and concerns. Studious in nature, Dr. Longwill always seeks out the most effective, minimally invasive treatments and therapies for her patients. This helps her practice stay on the cutting edge of dermatology and cosmetic treatments while providing the latest and greatest to the South Florida Community. Dr. Deborah Longwill was one of the first dermatologists in South Florida to spearhead the utilization of laser technologies for skin rejuvenation, and to perform tumescent liposuction therapy, both innovative, groundbreaking techniques in the field of dermatology. Dr. Longwill is world-renowned for her injection techniques; she has gained local notoriety and has been featured on local newscasts for utilizing safe and modern methods by raising traditional aesthetic medicine into an art form. In addition to being a committed dermatologist, Dr. Longwill is active in her community. She provides mentorship to the physicians and professionals of the future, aiding nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical, and high school students in carrying on a legacy of patient-first treatment. Deborah also vigorously pursues the education of South Florida residents on a variety of health concerns, holding lectures on sun protection and skincare to local schools, and the Chai Life Line Women’s Wellness group. Dr. Longwill and the Community Dr. Longwill has supported and contributed to a variety of groups to the benefit of others in her community including the Shalva Children’s Center, a program providing care from infancy to adulthood, family support, and advocacy for children with disabilities. She has taken part in several programs geared towards the youths of South Florida, being active with the Children’s Bereavement Center, Drug-Free Youth In Town, Children’s Home Society, and Palmetto Senior High School. Additional groups in which Dr. Longwill has participated, advocated for, and participated are the Chai Life Line Women’s Wellness Group, Miami Rescue Mission, Branches’ Black Tie and Blue Jeans Auction, MDC Employee Health Fair, The Social Cog, The Woman’s Cancer Association of the University of Miami, the Pinecrest Senior Health Fair, as well as advocacy for Breast Cancer Awareness, and Legal Aid. She remains an exponent for those in need, devoting her time and effort to the South Florida communities. On a personal level, Dr. Longwill is a devoted wife of 33 years, mother of 4, and grandmother of 3. In her time away from her practice, she enjoys the outdoors, photography, yoga, cooking, and celebrating with friends and family. She spends her time in both Florida and North Carolina, where she can experience the best of both worlds!

Joshua D. Fox, MD was born and raised in Miami, Florida. After receiving his undergraduate degree at Lander College for Men in 2011, Dr. Fox returned to Miami to pursue his medical degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. During this time, Dr. Fox pursued an additional year of training and research in cutaneous wound healing at the Dr. Phillip Frost University of Miami Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery. After graduating from medical school in 2016, Dr. Joshua D. Fox performed his internship in internal medicine at the University of Miami/Jackson Health Systems, and in 2017 began his dermatology residency at the historic and prestigious Dr. Phillip Frost the University of Miami Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery. Dr. Joshua D. Fox graduated from a dermatology residency in 2020. He received the Jaime Battan Compassionate Patient Care Award and joined Miami Center for Dermatology in July 2020 as a dermatologist and Mohs surgeon. Dr. Joshua D. Fox was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Mohs Surgery, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. He is double-board certified in Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery by the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Joshua D. Fox has authored, or co-authored more than 30 peer-reviewed journal manuscripts, has presented numerous posters and presentations in local and national academic meetings, and has served as a “Jottings Article” author for the Journal of Investigative Dermatology. Dr. Fox has served as a peer-reviewer for numerous journals including the British Journal of Dermatology, the International Wound Journal, the Journal of Dermatologic Surgery, Annals of Internal Medicine, and others. In Dr. Joshua D. Fox’s most recent research, he took part in investigating the use of total body photography and digital dermoscopy for skin cancer triage among Florida Firefighters. Dr. Fox loves all that dermatology has to offer, and he compassionately cares for patients of all ages in medical, surgical, cosmetic dermatology, and Mohs micrographic surgery. When Joshua is not in the office, he enjoys being active outdoors with his family.
