The mochi matcha tea with red bean has a chokehold on me, I get it less sweet and less ice...my fav dessert right now with lots of matcha flavor and big soft mochi-like sections.

They serve both drinks and food. Location was spacious, nice, and clean. Bathroom was clean as well. Got three drinks which were made quickly. Parking is limited though.

Great tea shop in USF area. Price is not cheap but the drink quality is great. The shop is super efficient and you wont have to wait for too long unless it's super busy. My fav is def cream brulee...
