The Modern Mansion of Miami is located adjacent to the former Versace Mansion in iconic Art Deco, South Beach. With the former Versace Mansion now converted from the residence of the late Gianni Versace to a hotel and restaurant, The Modern Mansion of Miami is now the only free-standing residence east of Collins Avenue between 5th and 14th streets known as SOBE's primary promenade along Ocean Drive.
