Hello! My name is Viet, and my brother's name is Nam. We are first Gen Vietnamese-American and were born and raised in Tallahassee, Fl. We come from a comprehensive background in Asian food and the hospitality industry. After a combined 20+yrs experience in the field, we felt it was time to finally bring Tallahassee some quality Asian food, so we decided to open a Food truck business to test out our family recipes on the Tallahassee dining seen. We were blessed with such great success and praise that we then went on to open a Brick and Mortar Taqueria concept (Taco Republik) using Asian flavors and techniques. It's not the Vietnamese restaurant we first set out to open, but it's definitely a good step in the right direction.
We specialize in Modern-American Streetfood ranging from tacos, to BBQ pork, wraps, burgers and even Vietnamese Banh Mi. Just about anything that you can eat with your hands outside or in the comforts of your home. We never have a set menu because we're usually creating one while shopping locally. If you can think of it, we've probably done it in one form or another, so check us out on Facebook/twitter to find out what's cookin'!

These guys pretty much sucked it up at the proof tap invitational and their other restaurants are not that great. Completely unorganized and the sandwiches were dry as hell. Sides were good. Only...
How could Mobi not have a review on Yelp yet? This little truck focuses on 3 or 4 items at a time. They range from traditional Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwiches to Korean inspired Bim Bi Bop wraps to...
