Closed an hour early! Cars in line to go in to the wash passed the pay station. You should honor your posted hours. We pay for unlimited washes and then you close early. I'm canceling my subscription.

The manager and her assistant manger need some serious re training on how to talk and treat customers. If you value your money and time please look elsewhere as there are better options.
