Mind.Body.1 is based on the science of how exercise affects our brains. We based our training methods on traditional strength and conditioning and infuse boxing, spinning and athletic movements. Our concept of fusing physical fitness with mental fitness was derived from the extensive research that shows how exercise can help with stress, anxiety, learning, memory, drug addiction and neurodegenerative diseases. With our workouts you will increase your strength, build endurance, lose body fat, build muscle and improve the effectiveness of how your brain works.
