SpecialtiesWe all have places in our life where we are blocked. Working together, we will identify those blocks and find ways for you to overcome them. Unlike many other Coaches that you will find, I have quite an extensive background in both the field of Psychology and Coaching for Personal and Industrial Growth. I am a current PhD student for Psychology, with a Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Psychology, and licensing in both Professional Life Coaching and Professional Recovery Coaching. With such, I have the capacity to help my clients make huge moves that will shift debilitating symptoms into productive ones. Additionally, I can employ a variety of Psychological methods of which actually lead to results. The results include living a life free of problematic issues, as you will learn how to master your mind, control your stressors, and utilize a multitude of coping mechanisms- only taught to those in the field of Psychology. My approach is empathetic, yet also scientific, valid, and reliable. In other words, I am open and honest with my clients, as my goal is to see positive change in those that I work with.
