I started working in the fitness industry at 17 and have been educating myself in health and wellness ever since. I began doing energy healing modalities and found tremendous results. This lead me to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist so that I may bring natural holistic care remedies to others. 60 or 80 minute in home sessions include various therapeutic modalities to achieve the best results for your health. They include: Hot or Cold stones Reflexology Aromatherapy Hot Foot Towels Sound Therapy Chakra Balancing Stretching & joint releasing techniques Polarity work For example, when a persons body responds well to a modality such as trigger point or neuromuscular those are used too.
