History
Founded in 2015, veteran Boxing Coach and Miami legend Mickey Demos and his partners created a boutique boxing gym where every member feels like family. Mickey, a boxer since childhood, was integral in the creation of College Boxing in South Florida.
Specialties
We are a boutique boxing gym offering Boxing Fitness Classes, Private Personal Training, Boxing Training and Sparring, along with healthy meals and snacks prepared fresh daily. Our air conditioned facility has private bathrooms with showers, and is located in the Ironside Complex, on of Miami's hidden gems.

Wonderful gym with genuine people. Hard core boxing and weight classes taught by experienced instructors. No messing around, just a great workout in a clean, well equipped gym. Highly recommend!!
