Came here on a Monday around 2:30 pm. There were 10 people in line and one checker. He called for help, but no one supported him. After 20 minutes, another clerk , Stephanie showed up to help him....

This is a nice Michaels store. It's in a good location. All of the stores around are so nice. They have everything in stock and the staff is friendly.

Holy cow. I have NEVER been greeted by such HORRIBLE customer service ever. I never write reviews because I just don't care enough to but the manager at the Fleming Island store was just a horrid...
