There's a nice space in the middle that you can bring a picnic and sit there to eat . I didn't get all the way deep into the trails but there are trails that are nicely paved and wide so I think...

This is my favorite Tallahassee trail. It has plenty of parking, plenty of bathrooms, the gates are never closed, all trails are shared use, and the trails vary in size and technicality enough...
