do not get insurance from this company!!! they are the worst, almost criminal. they will ask you for documents, more documents and will not give you a straight answer to the status of your claims...

Metlife paid their CEO almost $20 million in 2021 and made a $6 billion profit. they did this by using every trick they could come up with to avoid paying claims. do not do business with them.

Absolute worst customer service experience you'll ever have. Repeated attempts to process a claim that my son started when he was alive. After 8 months of dragging their feet my son passed away....
