Would not recommend this practitioner under any circumstances. The communication between the physician and patient is terrible - and they left me in a bind with no supply of medications that are...

I do not recommend. The communication is non-existent, and you'll spend weeks not hearing an answer to your initial inquiry. There are better, more responsive offices elsewhere.
