History

Ramen. What you know about ramen? I imagine many of you think of instant noodle or a cheap, convenient dish that helps college students get by. Well, ours is different. Our goal as the restaurant owners is to create a dish using the freshest ingredients that can make people smile with every bite. Immigrating here at a very young age, we saw the cultural difference between America and our country. We wanted to have a place of our own and share what we learned from others of Asian descent. Food has been an important factor in our lives. It allows us to bond even when we're culturally different. The enjoyment that food brings to us can be life changing.
