We are slow smoking ribs, brisket, turkey, sausage, chicken, and pork shoulder. Serving the ribs Memphis style with dry rub and offering 4 homemade bbq sauces! For those who don't want to eat the meat we are offering lettuce wraps, and salads. Also, offering fried catfish and burgers. We are serving fresh food therefore we will be open until we sell out. True bbq takes time to cook!
