Erin Cafiero, APRN, is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the PreOp clinic at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 2015. She previously worked as a pediatric acute care registered nurse and as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in pediatric primary care. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida.

Dr. Bains is a pediatric cardiac anesthesiologist at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. He joined the medical staff in 2024. He earned his medical degree from Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in Miami. He completed an internship in medicine and surgery at Orange Park Medical Center in Jacksonville, followed by a residency in anesthesiology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where he served as a chief resident. He then completed a fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology at Boston Children’s Hospital, followed by a fellowship in pediatric cardiovascular anesthesiology at Texas Children’s Hospital, serving as chief fellow in both Boston and Houston.
