We are life-long Pinellas County residents with expert knowledge of St. Petersburg and the surrounding cities. We are 5-STAR Zillow Premier Agents and build most of our business on the referrals of past satisfied customers. We are both dedicated, full-time REALTORS, selling over 40 homes locally in the last 12 months! We pride ourselves on our marketing strategies and use up-to-date online and social media outlets to get our listings sold quickly for the highest possible price. Meghan graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Marketing. Jared has worked hands-on renovating personal properties for profit, in both sales and rentals. Our diverse background and education, as well as two different viewpoints, allow us to tackle issues from multiple angles and meet our client's individual needs.
