History

I was a successful small business owner for over 12 years. We operated by our gut and what we thought was the right thing to do. It worked but if we would have worked from a goal oriented strategic plan we would have been far more successful. After relocating and going to work for a large organization, I went back and earned a Ph.D. in Leadership and Education. My dissertation topic was Employee Receptivity to Change, the focus was on how to create change while keeping employees engaged. I created this business to help develop people within an organization so that the organization can continue to grow regardless of outside influences we have no control over. I make this happen through by using a proven curriculum, personal experience and education. The outcome of every project is measurable and to create sustainable growth.
