I just wanted a caramel frappe with no whip, and caramel on the cup.. this is what I got.... also when they don't blend it enough, like this, it's like I'm literally just sucking a bunch of ice...

Yelled at us because we came in 10 minutes before closing. Ordered sweet tea....they don't have any. Locked the doors 5 minutes before closing while we were still inside. Bathroom was NASTY....

This place needs pest control. Saw a roach in the children's play area. Also there were trash on the floor and spilled milkshake.
