Founded in 2005 by Senior Baptiste Teacher Mark White, MBody Yoga is North and Central Florida's only Baptiste Power Yoga Affiliate Studio. With two locationsone in the Southside area of Jacksonville and the other in nearby Neptune Beach, MBody Yoga opens up the practice to anyone looking for a challenge. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will find a place for your mat at M Body. Our teachers are dedicated to seeing each student grow and facilitate a healthy environment for all to flourish.
