The Specialty Care Center offers a range of medical care services for the residents of Fort Lauderdale and surrounding communities in Florida. It provides solutions in the areas of ophthalmology and dermatology. The center also offers behavioral health counseling, disease state management and laboratory services. The Specialty Care Center additionally provides case management, nutritional counseling and social solutions. It serves patients with diabetes, asthma and HIV. The center conducts community education classes in nutrition and mental health. The Specialty Care Center accepts several Medicare- and Medicaid-certified health insurance plans. It also provides pharmacy and adult primary care solutions. The center is part of Broward Health.

Elite PPEC is Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care facility. A PPEC is a center dedicated to the care of infants and children up to 20 years of age with complex medical needs. When prescribed by a physician, children can attend Elite PPEC and receive medical, nursing, psychosocial, therapeutic and developmental services appropriate to their medical condition and developmental status.
