Terrible!! Terrible!! Terrible!!! Poor service. They do not seem to care about their patients. They don't call back, they don't properly handle their paperwork or scheduling. It's quite sad......

Third time here, Dr. Craft spends time with patients and has a very good demeanor. Front office staff, not so much. Now yes, I was 7 minutes early for my first appointment and their rule is 30...
