Mark Arthur Vollenweider, MD

Matthew Johnston, MD, is a fellowship-trained thoracic surgeon with the Orlando Health Cancer Institute. Along with caring for patients with lymphoma, lung cancer and a variety of chest conditions, Dr. Johnston specializes endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy (ETS) Surgeon to treat hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating.

Ali Zul Jiwani, MD, MSc, is a board-certified interventional pulmonologist with the Rod Taylor Thoracic Care Center at Orlando Health Cancer Institute where he leads the institutes lung cancer screening program. As an interventional pulmonologist he specializes in minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy and other procedures to treat malignant and benign conditions of the airway, lungs and thorax plus pleural diseases.

Juan Escalon, MD, joined Orlando Health Cancer Institute in 2015. He is a member of the Thoracic/Head and Neck Cancers Specialty Section at the Rod Taylor Thoracic Care Center. Dr. Escalon is board certified in Thoracic Surgery and General Surgery, specializing in surgery for tumors of the chest, including cancers of the lung, esophagus, chest wall, and mediastinum. He also treats benign disorders of the esophagus and has expertise in minimally invasive thoracic surgery including VATS (Video Assisted Thoracic Surgery) and robotic surgery for advanced pulmonary resections and esophagectomy.
