Mariana Fernandez Lozada, DDS

Dr. Lisa Hoang graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. In 2008, she earned her Doctorate degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and was the recipient of the Dean's Scholarship (2004-2008). Following graduation, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. For two years, she practiced as a general dentist in Florida. To pursue her passion of providing dental care to patients with complex dental problems, Dr. Hoang embarked on a three years residency training in Prosthodontics at Marquette University School of Dentistry, where she also earned her Master of Science in Dentistry.

Dr. Tyler Banachowski is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He holds a Diplomate status with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow with the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Banachowski completed his residency at the United States Air Force’s San Antonio Military Medical Center, where he trained from 2014 to 2018. He also earned his DDS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and B.S. Magna Cum Laude from the University of Toledo. Dr. Banachowski has presented at national conferences and contributed to publications in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Dr. Haider Aljewari, a Board-Certified Periodontist, earned a Master of Science in Oral Sciences and completed a Post-Doctoral Residency in Periodontics at the University of Illinois at Chicago. With a distinguished career, including serving as Chief of Periodontists while on active duty at MacDill Air Force Base, he has honed his leadership and clinical skills. Dr. Aljewari’s research in peer-reviewed journals explores the links between periodontal health and systemic conditions like diabetes, underscoring his commitment to advancing oral health. A dedicated member of the American Academy of Periodontology, he integrates his expertise with evidence-based care to deliver exceptional outcomes.
