Man Quang Le, MD

Ionut Albu, D.O., is a primary care physician at Baptist Health. He specializes in preventative medicine, weight loss management and musculoskeletal pain. Fluent in English and Romanian, he also speaks conversational Spanish. Prior to joining Baptist Health in 2022, Dr. Albu completed his internal medicine residency at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center in Aventura, FL. During his residency, he served as chief resident. He also trained in the evolving field of preventative cardiology to help detect coronary artery plaque and reverse it through imaging software. Dr. Albu believes in connecting with patients, treating each one like a family member and understanding daily habits to provide recommendations to prevent health problems. When not seeing patients, he enjoys playing tennis and jazz saxophone, watching college football and exploring Florida’s beaches.

James Ross, M.D., is an orthopedic surgeon at Baptist Health Orthopedic Care. Dr. Ross specializes in sports medicine and joint preservation surgery of the shoulder, elbow, hip and knee. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Dr. Ross is one of the few orthopedic surgeons to have been awarded a Subspecialty Certificate in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. He currently serves as the team physician for Florida Atlantic University, Lynn University, and the Florida Panthers. Dr. Ross is a member of the ANCHOR Research Group and the recipient of the International Society of Hip Arthroscopy (ISHA) Trainee Research Award. Dr. Ross is passionate about helping patients regain their quality of life and strives to put himself in their shoes when providing treatment recommendations. He encourages non-operative treatment when possible as a first-line therapy. When he is not treating patients, Dr. Ross enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, boating, dancing and listening to music.
