Chef Mike Ponluang began Mama noodle after opening a successful bistro in Fort Lauderdale to cater to the Coco nut creek Florida residents & movie goers in and the Promenade Mall. With the Mama Asia Noodle Bar concept Mike has received recognition through the Miami Herald, Mama Mia, and Sun Sentinel for rave customer reviews on his Culinary skills. Along side his wife Lisa, head chef for Mama Mia, together they create the best taste of Asia you can find in the coconut creek & boca area.
