This is a small park that is more athletic fields and tracks then an actual park. There is a Police Athletic League building, so that is probably the fact. All in all, it is not a bad place....

Unfortunately, the only park with a track that is readily open to the public is a dilapidated trash pit. This could be a beautiful park and track, but whoever is in charge of maintaining this...
