What to do when a shabby bank 'out East' gets put on the Sarasota market? Restore it. And then? Fill it with locally sourced Caribbean and Creole flavors and transform it into the first locally owned, mom and pop seafood restaurant in the neighborhood. Then - as a final note - name it something a little outlandish like Madfish Grill.

I could never come back. My Mahi was so overcooked, it was hard and inedible. But the bread was good (which we can get anywhere). Overpriced and over-cooked.
