Rude, assuming a-holes. Take your business elsewhere. When the head physician of a major hospital is told they can't afford it, they are just obnoxious and have no customer service principles.

Disappointed in their customer service. Bought a shirt ($78); online photos do not show a logo, but when it arrived, it had a logo. Because it was not full price, they will not accept a return.
