Our beautiful 52-acre community is only minutes from the quaint downtown area of Dunedin, which hosts many dining and shopping establishments. We offer several different floor plans of one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes and two bedroom townhomes. Select homes include island kitchens with designer cabinets and pantries, ceramic tile and ceramic flooring in select homes. All of our apartment homes include a full sized washer and dryer and some even have lofts included in the floor plans! All of our apartments include a full sized washer and dryer. Our residents are invited to enjoy our swimming pool, fun game room, including pool table and dart boards, and modernized fitness center with quality cardio and weight training equipment, and media room.
