Luckily the amazing on call maintenance person was able to help find a remedy to get her inside and then came out and did what they should have done weeks ago and changed her batteries.

Rent increase is $300/month at renewal time. That's for a 12 month lease. If you have the money for those types of increases not sure why you would live here. On top of that the staff is rude and...
