Provided entertainment for them for five months without one invoice being paid. Countless emails and telephone calls both to Jupiter and to main office in NY. Nothing but runarounds and hang ups....

This place is a scam. It should be shut down. No towels for residents. No sheets for the bed. Nasty nurses and aides, who are virtually non-existent. Nobody at the nurses' station for hours....

My 96 yo father was admitted 2+ weeks ago as our last option from the hospital. We now know why... this place is a disgrace! They are nothing more than a warehouse! The nursing staff is combative...
