Located in Oviedo, Fla., Lutheran Haven Retirement Community provides independent living services. The community s retirement cottages offer one- and two-bedroom homes, duplexes and fourplexes spread out over a more than 60-acre campus. It provides six floor plans, ranging in area from 557 square feet to 1400 square feet. The community offers home health care services and a skilled nursing facility and assisted living area. It also provides transportation services to meet a variety of needs, such as medical appointments, shopping, banking and social outings. The community is a part of Lutheran Haven, a ministry of the Synod of Evangelical Lutheran Churches District. Lutheran Haven additionally operates a nursing home, an early childhood center and an assisted living facility.
