Lucy was born in Henan, China and emigrated to the United States in 2005. She studied massage therapy at Royal Irvine College in Montery Park, California. She is licensed in Florida since March of 2008. She opened the Oriental Massage Center in Hialeah, Florida in 2009 and Lucy's Dream Spa in Oakland Park, Florida in 2013.
