Absolutely horrible sales experience at Lokey VW! They gave us a final price for a car at the end of the day on Friday. Although it seemed quite high, we said we would think it over for the night...

They are the worst, at best. Sold me a lemon, then wouldn't do anything about it. Very unhelpful sales team. Management is very rude. Don't go.

They aren't people of their word! I went in good faith they took advantage of exactly that...owed me money and didn't pay until I was ready to involve my council! SIX MONTHS LATER.
