The retirement community provides a wide range of services that include medication management, weekly laundry and daily housekeeping. It provides therapeutic diet and offers assistance with dressing, eating and meal preparation. Cabot Reserve on the Green offers nutrition counseling and personal dietary services. Hope PACE helps seniors who want to remain independent and continue living in their own home. Upon enrollment, participants receive all of their health care services through Hope PACE, including medical care, prescription drugs and free transportation.
