History

Established in July, 2014, we are a new gym dedicated to the cardio and strength-training goals of our members. Through our cross-training programs such as CrossFit, HIIT classes, and cardio-only courses we assess our members for fitness, ailments and injuries. we establish a baseline with a fitness assessment, and monitor them constantly vs. their goals and challenges.

Specialties

The LiveFit Connect Gym is a boutique fitness facility located in West Broward. LiveFit is unique in that all fitness classes are included in the low monthly membership rate. This means for even specialized classes such as Pilates Reformer, Yoga, boot camps, Cross Training, and Spin there are no up-charges, ever! Further, we are a social gym that offers healthy alternatives to single and couples hoping to avoid the unhealthy bar scene, through dance classes as varied as hip-hop to the smooth sounds of classical ballet in our ballet barre classes. Come try our unique concept. Because all first time guests get a 3-day pass, you have nothing to lose but that shortness of breath, a bit of flab in your upper arm, and that annoying roll around your waist-line!
