(LHANC) has evolved into one of South Florida's largest providers of services for socially isolated and economically disadvantaged seniors. Their mission is to secure funding and deliver essential social, nutritional, and health services to low-income elderly individuals, enabling them to remain at home with necessary assistance and avoid premature institutionalization.
