If it was possible to give a zero I would. They facility is infested with roaches. Holes in the walls and all staff does (per the orders of management: the administrator) is throw some spackle...

an hour ago HORROR!!!! After multiple complaints of my mother lying in feces for hours and not answering call lights when family arrived to request help, only then was she cleaned of her feces...
