One they never told me my insurance was expiring in one day. I paid in advance and have always been notified by the carrier of when I should start to renew.. Not this time. My rate for 3 cars...

The customer service staff was not nice, he is kind of domineering. Why should I switch to Liberty Mutual if you don't have excellent customer service and I have excellent drive history.
