Gulf Coast Utility Contractors, LLC was established in Panama City, FL in 1999 by Mike and Tammi Swearington. For almost 20 years, GCUC has been providing construction services in the Panhandle of Florida. We began as an Underground Utility Contractor installing water, sewer, and storm drainage and have expanded to become a full service Site Development Contractor performing all aspects of Site Construction to include clearing, excavation & fill, underground utilities, roadways, etc. From the onset of each project, our commitment is to work with owners and engineers to ensure we provide a quality project.
