For over 23 years, we have proudly handled real estate transactions in Central Florida. Leading Edge Title of Central Florida is a family-owned title company and locally operated business with on-site owners directly involved in daily operations. In 2021, Kevin Acker officially separated from his previous business partner to form Leading Edge Title of Central Florida, made up of the Winter Springs and Winter Park locations. This transition came at the perfect time, allowing Leading Edge Title of Central Florida to gain independence and create an individually distinct name for ourselves in the community. Chris Fox, Esq. VP of Operations / In-House Counsel at Leading Edge Title of Central Florida supervises the examination process.
